Get Green With Us

Sustainability has become a major concern in almost every industry, and the beauty industry is no exception. With consumers becoming increasingly aware of the impact of their purchases on the environment, it has become imperative for companies to prioritize sustainability in their operations. This is where Klean Rituals stands out. We believe in a sustainable approach to beauty, and we have taken several steps to ensure that our packaging is environmentally friendly.

Our approach to packaging is simple: we minimize plastics and package our products in glass containers. We also do not use an outer sleeve for our products, which reduces waste and minimizes our carbon footprint. Additionally, our bottles are wrapped in GreenWrap, which is an eco-friendly paper alternative to bubble wrap. This material provides similar cushioning protection, but it is naturally biodegradable, compostable, and fully recyclable.

Our shipping boxes are also sustainable. They are made of 100% recycled content, with 95% post-consumer waste, and are curbside recyclable and naturally biodegradable. Our shipping labels are made of 100% post-consumer waste, with a Zero Waste liner that is 100% recycled and curbside recyclable. Our shipping labels have a recycle compatible adhesive, making it easy for recyclers and paper pulpers to process packages that use these labels. We use algae ink on our boxes which is a carbon negative printing ink, and hemp string, which is compostable. No plastic is used in our shipping, reducing our impact on the environment.

It is important to note that many boxed packages that are sent have glue on the liner, which is bad for recycling. Therefore, the label should be removed before recycling. By prioritizing sustainability, Klean Rituals aims to reduce its impact on the environment and promote a more responsible approach to beauty. We believe that this approach not only benefits the environment but also benefits our customers, who can feel good about the products they use and the impact of their purchases on the world.
